The leadership workshop will engage you and your leaders through an individual training session which exist of activities, exercises, group problem-solving tasks and lectures. The participant’s will get plenty of hands-on practice during the full day workshop to understand the challenges they face as a leader.

The main task for the day is to have all to learn that leadership is the ability to help people achieve things they don’t think are possible and achieve objectives through others.

The practical and hands-on workshop is designed to engage and help the participants to develop leadership skills needed to meet whatever leadership challenges lay ahead.

By using well known assessment tools and an action oriented plan they will create their own plan to take back to the workplace, ready to be introduced and implemented for the organisation – start Day 1.

Our full day workshop on a strong participation of all people during the day – it is build up with theory and a lot of exercises where all will get different roles as a leader. Communication is one of the key words, how to “take” the responsibility you have as a leader, conflict solving and how to motivate and set realistic goals for your team
The day start by building a reference frame of the issues you can get as manager so all have the same understanding for what we have to go through in the workshop. Small exercises defines the individual’s and the whole team’s challenges to reach a common goal and all agrees on what kind of actions + agrees to a simple and efficient plan which can be implemented as soon as the participants are back at the office.
Goal is to inspire others to share a common vision through collaboration, teamwork and trust.
There will be follow up sessions 2-3 months after the workshop as a follow up on plans and results
